Moka Express – Pulfer Brewery 10.7%

Huge body, oily and thick, chewy, but very smooth, obtained from as many as 14 different malts from which we extracted primarily a lot of chocolate and nutty flavors, with some liqueur.

However, what made this creation stand out was the brilliant fresh coffee beans. This time we decided to use the fantastic ‘Sítio Canaa’ coffee from the iconic Danish coffee roaster La Cabra. This beauty, grown by Denilson Corsi da Silva on his Brazilian farm ‘Cerrado Mineiro’, is characterized most by a sweet milk chocolate aroma, with some soft fruitiness.
