Bandwagon 434 – Baxbier 8.0%

The malt base consists of barley malt, golden naked oats, flaked oats, and wheat malt. But the real engine behind this bright yellow hazy beer is the explosive combination of Mosaic Incognito and Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe T90 and Cryo, finished off with a second dry hop of Strata T90. Expect tropical notes, white grapes, blueberries, and passion fruit, with a subtle resinous hint and a touch of citrus.

The biggest upgrade? The yeast. This is the first Bandwagon brewed with the exclusive London Fog yeast (WLP066) from White Labs in Copenhagen. This yeast brings everything together with a velvety mouthfeel, a fresh-sweet flavor, and esters of pineapple, vanilla, and grapefruit.
